All prices quoted or mentioned on The Silver Service Co. website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Unless otherwise stated, Child/Children's Rate is for ages 4-14 years, inclusive.
All transactions through The Silver Service Co's website are conducted in New Zealand Dollars. Due to International Exchange Rate fluctuations, this may mean some variation in the amount refunded compared to the original amount charged. The Silver Service Co does not accept any liability for these variations, nor for any Credit Card or Bank charges relating to these transfers to customers' accounts.
Confirmation of Booking:
Prepayment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer, and the subsequent confirmation by The Silver Service Co, is accepted as Confirmation of your Booking and your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If, after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to cancel your booking, the following fees and conditions will apply:
* For cancellation of more than 24 hours prior to day of travel, a 10% administration fee will be charged.
* For cancellation within 24 hours of the day of travel, 25% of the total fare will be charged. * For cancellation on the day of travel, 100% of the total fare will be charged.
No refunds are available once travel has commenced, except those refunds provided by associated operators where conditions warrant a refund, for example where a cruise is cancelled late due to unsafe sea conditions.
Cancellation fees are not negotiable - we strongly urge you to take out suitable Travel Insurance before you leave home.
All Refunds will be credited back to the same Credit Card or Bank Account that paid the original charge, no exceptions. All refunds will be made from cleared funds from the original bookings.
Responsibilities:
At The Silver Service Co we acknowledge that the performance of our duties is sometimes affected by adverse weather or road conditions, and we accept no responsibility for incidents, delays, missed arrangements, or changes that occur due to these or any other circumstances outside of our direct control. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
The Silver Service Co and associated operators reserve the right to alter itineraries, substitute attractions, amend routes, or provide alternative vehicles, wherever (in the opinion of The Silver Service or associated operators) operational requirements, adverse weather, road conditions, or any other reason that makes it necessary to do so.
By completing your booking, you agree that all agreements and contracts, actual and implied, shall be subject solely to New Zealand law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
